This is an incredible value for a very well-maintained catamaran that was $118,000 new.  Features include: Twin Yamaha 150 fuel-injected 4-stroke motors with hydraulic steering, Garmin touchscreen color GPS, Queen sized bunk, marine head with holding tank, fresh water tank with sink/shower, VHF radio, livewell, windlass anchor, and canvas enclosure. Very well maintained, has been used in salt, but has been kept and maintained in fresh water for several years.  Trailer not included.  Engines have 800+ hours, always properly serviced.  Only known maintenance item is the macerator pump needs to be replaced for the head.
